Sweet shops

Every batch of sweets with date, lot and allergens.

A sweet shop makes fillings, doughs and toppings before the order and delivers in a box. EtiquetaChef labels internal stock and customer packaging on the same standard.

To print you need a Bluetooth TSPL thermal printer and the mobile app (Android, iPhone or iPad). Other protocols only on request to our sales team. Printing is not available on the web dashboard.

How EtiquetaChef helps day to day

Fillings and doughs

Fudge, ganache and base doughs with production date and use-by.

Customer boxes

Label with expiry and allergens on the order packaging.

Lot per batch

Each batch gets a printed lot to trace what came out of each run.

An order with the wrong allergen is a lost customer.

Milk, eggs, nuts and gluten show up in almost every sweet. Allergens ticked in the record print on every label, without relying on memory.

Frequently asked questions

Can I label the packaging that goes to the customer?

Yes. The label layout is configurable and its size depends on the printer and roll used.

Does EtiquetaChef generate a nutrition table?

No. The focus is expiry, allergens, lot and traceability; nutrition information stays with the food safety lead.

How does the lot work?

Each lot gets a unique ID printed on the label and recorded in the history with date, product and operator.
