Patisseries

Filling, cream and finished cake: expiry and allergens on each.

A patisserie makes fillings and sponges ahead and delivers orders on a deadline. EtiquetaChef labels from the walk-in to the customer’s box.

To print you need a Bluetooth TSPL thermal printer and the mobile app (Android, iPhone or iPad). Other protocols only on request to our sales team. Printing is not available on the web dashboard.

How EtiquetaChef helps day to day

Fillings and creams

Ganache, pastry cream and mousses with date and use-by.

Cakes on display

Slices and whole cakes with display expiry.

Custom orders

Box with expiry, allergens and lot for the customer.

An expired cream ruins the order and the reputation.

Milk- and egg-based preps have a short shelf life. Calculated expiry stops the day-before-yesterday’s cream going into today’s cake.

Frequently asked questions

Do allergens print on the order label?

Yes. Allergens ticked on the product print highlighted on every label.

Can each prep have a different expiry?

Yes. Each product has its rule, including per state (opened, prepared, frozen, thawed).

Does it create a nutrition table?

No. The focus is expiry, allergens, lot and traceability.
