1. About EtiquetaChef

EtiquetaChef is an application built to help users organize, create and manage labels for food, culinary products, ingredients, recipes or kitchen items.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using EtiquetaChef, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the application.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use EtiquetaChef only for lawful purposes and responsibly. You shall not:

• use the application for illegal activities;
• attempt to invade, copy, modify or harm the operation of the app;
• use the app to publish false, offensive or harmful information;
• violate third-party rights;
• attempt to access areas, data or systems without authorization.

4. User Account

Some features may require registration or login.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity in your account.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, stop using the application and take the necessary steps to protect your access.

5. User-Generated Content

You may add text, names, descriptions, images, recipes, labels or other information in the application.

You remain responsible for the content you add to EtiquetaChef.

By using the application, you warrant that you have the right to use the content you add and that it does not violate laws, copyright, trademarks, privacy or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

EtiquetaChef — including name, brand, design, code, features, text, images, visual elements and other components of the application — belongs to its creators or licensors.

You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application under these Terms.

You may not copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative versions of EtiquetaChef without authorization.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is explained in the EtiquetaChef Privacy Policy.

By using the application, you also agree to how your data is collected, used and protected as described in that policy.

8. Third-Party Services

EtiquetaChef may use third-party services such as login, storage, hosting, usage analytics, payments, ads, notifications or AI tools.

Those services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.

EtiquetaChef is not responsible for failures, changes, charges, unavailability or practices of those external services.

9. Paid Plans, Subscriptions and Purchases

EtiquetaChef may offer free and paid features.

Pricing, conditions, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be disclosed at the moment of purchase or per the rules of the app store used (App Store, Google Play, etc.).

When subscribing or making a purchase in-app, you agree to the conditions presented at that moment.

10. Service Availability

We will make best efforts to keep EtiquetaChef running correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, failure-free or data-loss-free availability.

We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue features of the application at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

EtiquetaChef is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that the application will meet all your expectations or work without errors.

We are not liable for losses, damages, information errors, misuse of the app, technical failures, unavailability, data loss or decisions made based on information entered or generated in the app.

The user is responsible for reviewing all information before printing, sharing or using labels on real products.

12. Food Safety and Product Information

EtiquetaChef can help organize information, but does not replace professional guidance, sanitary standards, labelling rules or applicable legal requirements.

Before using labels on commercial products, the user must verify that the information complies with laws, regulations and standards required in their region.

The user is solely responsible for the information entered, printed, exported or used on products, food, packaging or commercial materials.

13. Cancellation or Suspension of Access

We may suspend, limit or terminate access for users who breach these Terms, harm the application, attempt to bypass systems or use the service inappropriately.

We may also remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

When there are material changes, we may notify in-app or by other suitable means.

Continued use of EtiquetaChef after the changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws applicable in the country or region where the service is offered, except for mandatory rules provided by local consumer-protection legislation.

16. Final Provisions

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in force.

Failure to immediately enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms represent the agreement between the user and EtiquetaChef regarding the use of the application.
