Nightclubs

Packed night, rotating staff, label standard intact.

A nightclub preps ingredients in volume before opening and works with extra staff. EtiquetaChef keeps the expiry calculated and the operator printed — without relying on anyone’s memory.

To print you need a Bluetooth TSPL thermal printer and the mobile app (Android, iPhone or iPad). Other protocols only on request to our sales team. Printing is not available on the web dashboard.

How EtiquetaChef helps day to day

Prep before opening

Fruit, syrups and mixes prepped in volume, every container with date and expiry.

Extra staff on event nights

Whoever arrives on the day prints correctly by picking the product on screen.

Closing the night

The next morning the team knows what is still good and what has to go.

Is Friday’s prep still good on Saturday?

Without a date, the answer is a guess. With the label, the team reuses what is within its expiry and discards only what has expired.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with temporary staff?

Yes. You can give the night team quick PIN access, and they only print labels for products already registered.

Does the label show who prepared it?

Yes. Every label prints with the operator or person in charge, and the print is recorded in the history.

What if the venue’s internet goes down?

The apps keep printing over Bluetooth offline and sync when the connection is back.
